Cami is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Proven Realty, a role in which she has excelled since the company's inception. She has been integral to the creation and success of Proven Realty, working alongside Erik from the beginning and assisting with everything from financials, hiring, training, and leadership decision-making to building the company with innovative ideas and establishing a personalized standard operating process for the business.

Before joining Proven Realty, Cami played a crucial role in founding two highly successful businesses in North Dakota. Her journey in property management began in 2013 with her first North Dakota property, quickly expanding her portfolio to include 577 apartments and 157,000 square feet of commercial property within just three years. During this period, she also co-created a maintenance and landscape company to combat rising costs and maintain the high-quality work standards she demanded. Additionally, she served as the Director of Asset Management for the development company she worked for.

Cami met Erik during the bust of 2016 while trying to fill a new 148-unit apartment complex in Williston. Together, they developed an innovative system that achieved an impressive 80% occupancy rate, while neighboring properties struggled at around 30%. Recognizing their complementary skills and palpable synergy, they decided to create a new real estate company focused on exceptional customer service, leading to the creation of Proven Realty and their tagline: "Experience * Service * Results!"

Celebrated by her clients for building world-class teams and setting high standards for occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction amidst difficult market conditions, Cami's experience and the relationships she has built make her the perfect person to oversee the company's operations. She has been a prominent leader in the real estate industry for many years, known for her ability to foster successful relationships with clients and staff and adeptly navigate the challenges of managing high-volume properties in the demanding North Dakota housing market.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Cami served as an Operations Officer at US Bank, where she gained substantial skills and expertise in finance and asset management.

Cami has been married to her husband, Mark, for 36 years and is the mother of two sons. She also has two incredible daughters-in-law and five grandchildren.
